MMBTA56HE3 PNP Amplifier Transistor

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MMBTA56HE3 PNP Amplifier Transistor is an AEC-Q101 qualified general-purpose Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) in an SOT-23 package. This BJT features a -80V collector-base voltage, -80V collector-emitter voltage, -4V emitter-base voltage, -500mA collector current, and 300mW power dissipation. The MMBTA56HE3 transistor also features a 100MHz minimum transition frequency, -1.2V base-emitter saturation voltage, and a -55°C to 150°C operating junction temperature range. This BJT adheres to Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), and the epoxy meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The MMBTA56HE3 transistor is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant.
