TLE4275-Q1 LDO Voltage Regulators

Texas Instruments TLE4275-Q1 LDO Voltage Regulators are designed to connect to the battery in automotive applications. These regulators support an input voltage of up to 40V, provide 500mA of current, and withstand automotive transients, including load dumps. The TLE4275-Q1 regulators' new chip version features a state-of-the-art transient response, enabling the output to quickly respond to changes in load or line. These regulators incorporate several internal circuits for protection against overload and overtemperature. The TLE4275-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These regulators are ideal for Reconfigurable instrument clusters Body Control Modules (BCM), always-on battery-connected applications like automotive gateways, and Remote Keyless Entries (RKE).
