CotoMOS® C241S High Current MOSFET Relay

Coto Technology CotoMOS^® C241S High Current MOSFET Relay features 5A high current with a low ON resistance of 0.02Ω nominal and 20V load conditions. This MOSFET relay is capable of providing 1,500V of input-to-output isolation. The CotoMOS C241S high current MOSFET relay includes an arc-free with no snubbing circuits and a high-reliability solid-state design. This MOSFET relay is RoHS compliant and comes in a SOP (4.4mm x 4.3mm x 2mm) package. The CotoMOS C241S MOSFET relay is ideal for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), industrial controls, and measurement and instrumentation applications.

CotoMOS® C2x High-Current MOSFET Relays

Coto Technology CotoMOS® C2x High-Current MOSFET Relays feature high-current switching capabilities of up to 5A and can handle up to 60V conditions. These relays provide up to 1500V of input to output isolation and ON resistance as low as 0.02Ω nominal. CotoMOS relays provide high performance for applications that require low input power, low ON resistance, and virtually unlimited life. The MOSFET relays are designed for use in automatic test equipment, industrial controls, and measurement and instrumentation applications. Additional suitable applications include security systems and AI applications that require low ON resistance. Coto Technology CotoMOS C2x High-Current MOSFET Relays are packaged in a 1A, 4-pin surface-mount SOP configuration.
