VOW136 Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors VOW136 Optocouplers are 1MBd widebody optocouplers consisting of a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. An integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation as required by high-power switching applications. Vishay Semiconductors VOW136 Optocouplers also feature a high level of isolation distance, exhibit an external creepage distance of >10mm, and are ideal for applications with working voltages exceeding 1000V.
