T14/T17 1600V Phase Control Thyristors

Infineon Technologies T14/T17 1600V Phase Control Thyristors offer a high surge current capability and high DC blocking stability. The Thyristors deliver complete blocking at 50/60Hz over a wide range temperature range. The T1400N16H75 Thyristors support a 1410A average on-state current at 85°C. In comparison, the T1700N16H75 Thyristors provide a 1770A average on-state current at 85°C. The devices are ideal for rectifiers for drive applications.
