Comchip's CDBURT0530 Low Profile SMD Schottky Barrier Diode is a low profile surface mount Schottky diode designed for mounting on a small surface. Features include ultra-low forward voltage, extremely thin and leadless package that is 30% thinner than a standard 0603 and has majority carrier conduction. Comchip's CDBURT0530 Low Profile SMD Schottky Barrier Diode has a human body model ESD rating of Class 3B and a machine model ESD rating of Class C.
