HMC589A Gain Block Amplifiers

Analog Devices HMC589A features InGaP HBT Gain Block MMIC SMT amplifiers that operate in the DC to 4GHz range. The HMC589A amplifiers provide 20dB gain and +33dBm output IP3 at 1GHz while only requiring 82mA from a single positive supply. The HMC589A InGaP HBT gain block offers excellent output power and gains stability over temperature. Designers can use the HMC589A as a cascadable 50Ω RF or IF gain stage. The amplifiers can also be used as a LO or PA driver with up to +19dBm P1dB output power for cellular/3G, FWA, CATV, microwave radio, and test equipment applications.
