The MEMS structure contains a heater element and a metal oxide (MOx) chemiresistor, while the signal conditioner regulates temperature and measures MOx conductivity, reflecting gas concentration. The microcontroller provides a calibrated digital output, eliminating the need for additional processing on the MCU.
