ES3D Hyperfast Recovery Rectifier

Nexperia ES3D Hyperfast Recovery Rectifier is a 200V, 3A rectifier with high forward surge capability. This rectifier features a glass passivated chip junction and is ideal for automated placement. The ES3D rectifier offers a hyperfast recovery time of ≤35ns and is encapsulated in an SOD1003-1 SMC package. This rectifier offers a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The ES3D hyperfast recovery rectifier is used in rectification, reverse polarity protection, fast switching, and freewheeling applications.
