LSK189 Ultra Low Noise Single N-Channel JFETs

Linear Integrated Systems LSK189 Ultra Low Noise Single N-Channel JFETs are ideal for ultra-low-noise audio/acoustic applications. With an -55°C to +150°C operating junction temperature range, the LSK189 JFETs feature 1.8nV/√Hz typical noise, a low 4pF typical input capacitance, and 300mW maximum continuous power dissipation. The LSK189 single N-channel JFETs are available in RoHS-compliant TO-92 or SOT-23 packages.
