MachXO2 PLD XO2-4000

Lattice Semiconductor has expanded its offering of MachXO2 PLDs with the MachXO2-4000 series of PLDs. The XO2-4000 PLDs feature 4320 Look-Up Tables (LUTs) and up to 278 I/Os. the XO2-4000 PLDs come with 32Kbits of distributed RAM, 92Kbits of EBR SRAM, 96Kbits of UFM, and 2 PLLs.
