TESDA6V0U40P1Q0 ESD Protection Diode

Taiwan Semiconductor TESDA6V0U40P1Q0 Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection Diode protects power interfaces, one control line, or one low-speed data line in an electronic system. This diode is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components connected to power and control lines from overvoltage damage by ESD and lightning. The TESDA6V0U40P1Q0 diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and comes in an ultra-small DFN0603 SMD plastic package, saving board space. The TESDA6V0U40P1Q0 diode is used to provide ESD protection up to ±30kV (contact and air discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2. This unidirectional ESD protection diode withstands peak pulse current up to 5A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5. The TESDA6V0U40P1Q0 diode is used in applications like portable medical devices, smartphones, and PDAs.
