STS802U2SRP 1.5A Sensitive Dual SCRs

IXYS STS802U2SRP 1.5A Sensitive Dual SCRs offer a high static dv/dt with a low turn-off (tq) time. The IXYS STS802U2SRP SCRs feature up to 20A surge capability, up to 1600V non-repetitive forward direction peak off-state voltage, and up to 1200V non-repetitive reverse blocking voltage. These SCRs are designed for ground-fault circuit interrupters, arc-fault circuit interrupters, residual current devices, and residual current circuit breakers with overload protection applications.
