CMPA0560008S High Power Amplifier

MACOM CMPA0560008S High Power Amplifier (HPA) is a 10W packaged MMIC amplifier based on high-performance 0.15µm GaN in the SiC production process. This High Power Amplifier (HPA) features 10W saturated output power with 12dB signal gain and 40% typical power-added efficiency under Continuous wave (CW) operation. The CMPA0560008S amplifier is housed in a 5mm x 5mm plastic overmold QFN package and operates within the 0.5GHz to 6GHz operating frequency range. This HPA offers superior performance and environmental robustness in a small form factor and supports various RF applications, including electronic warfare, test and measurement, and radar.
