QPC5430 SOI 6-Bit Digital Attenuator

Qorvo QPC5430 SOI 6-Bit Digital Attenuator is an ultra-wideband SOI 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA). The Qorvo QPC5430 operates from 0.02GHz to 30GHz and provides 31.5dB attenuation with an attenuation step size (LSB) of 0.5dB. The attenuator typically achieves a low step error of less than 0.1dB. The QPC5430 also offers multiple control options, including parallel, SPI, or I²C, as well as the ability to control multiple DSAs simultaneously using either addressing or daisy chaining. Allowing for easy system integration, the QPC5430 attenuator is housed in a 3.5mm x 3.5mm QFN package with minimal DC power consumption.
