TPHKI-3002+ Surface-Mount Thru-Line LTCC

Mini-Circuits TPHKI-3002+ Surface-Mount Thru-Line Low-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic (LTCC) is a miniature 50Ω transmission line with a low insertion loss of 1.3dB (typical) up to 30GHz. This module can be used as a placeholder in system boards in the absence of LTCC filters with the same NM3237 case style. The small 4.95mm x 3.65mm package size allows for the high layout density of circuit boards while minimizing the effects of parasitics. Mini-Circuits TPHKI-3002+ Surface-Mount Thru-Line LTCC features shielded construction, scalable technology, and a wide -55°C to +125°C temperature range for use in high reliability and extreme environment conditions. Applications include aerospace, defense, military, 5G MIMO, backhaul radio, satellite communications, and test and measurement equipment.
