FLEX-5 Power Tools & Headset Assemblies

Sherex FLEX-5 Power Tools and Headset Assemblies combine hydro-pneumatic rivet nut tools with matched headset assemblies for size-specific installations ranging from 6-32 to 3/8-24 and M3 to M10. The FLEX-5 series features a modular platform with two tool options: the FLEX-5P pull-to-pressure with 5000lbs (22kN) pulling force and the FLEX-5S pull-to-stroke with 7mm (0.276in) available stroke. Both types are suitable for low- or high-volume installation work, with single-stage triggers and fast cycle times. The base power tools weigh 4.2lbs (1.9kg), include an easy-to-carry case, and are constructed with an all-aluminum body and a socket head cap screw mandrel. The base tools also offer upgrades, such as conversion to an inline tool and conversion to a split tool via a remote booster.
