The black outer appearance diffused epoxy enhances the display contrast while maintaining high brightness. The Broadcom ASCB-GTF2 LED targets small-pixel pitch displays. The LEDs are packed in tape and reel form to facilitate easy pick-and-place assembly. Every reel is shipped in single intensity and color bin to ensure uniformity.
