SP6669 Synchronous Step Down Converter

MaxLinear SP6669 600mA synchronous step down converter provides low output voltage ripple, fixed frequency noise, a pulse skip mode for light load efficiency and an LDO mode 100% duty cycle. This device offers a 2.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and a 1.5MHz switching frequency and allows the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors ideal for battery-powered portable applications. The SP6669 internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. This device is available in a 5 pin SOT-23 package.
