BV1HALA5EFJ Load Switch IC

ROHM Semiconductor  BV1HALA5EFJ Load Switch IC is a single N-channel MOSFET high-side load switch. This load switch IC features an 8V to 32V input voltage range, 34V breakdown voltage, and 150mΩ typical output ON resistance. The BV1HALA5EFJ IC includes  built-in overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, soft-start function, and low power output OFF function. This load switch IC is equipped with an error flag notification pin to indicate thermal shutdown and overcurrent. Typical applications include multifunction machines and TVs, overcurrent monitoring of various power lines, and power management.
