MADL-011012 360W CW Power Limiter

MACOM MADL-011012 360W CW Power Limiter integrates the equivalent of 20-PIN, Schottky, limiter diodes, capacitors, inductors, and resistors in a compact ceramic package. This lead-free surface mount, high power limiter provides superior low and high signal performance from 0.3-1.0GHz without DC bias. This device features 55.6dBm CW power handling @ +25°C and 54dBm CW power handling @ +85°C. The MACOM limiter is ideally suitable for higher peak and CW power receiver-protector microwave circuits applications. This is especially true where higher performance surface mount limiter assemblies are required.
