LMG3622EVM-082 Converter Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments LMG3622EVM-082 Converter Evaluation Module (EVM) offers high-frequency operation up to 200kHz nominal, enabling a small solution size while the multi-mode operation maintains high efficiency. This development board demonstrates high efficiency and high density for a 65W USB Type-C® Power Delivery (PD) offline adapter using the LMG3622 integrated GaN FET with current sense emulation. The input supports a universal 90VAC to 265VAC. The single output can be set to 5V, 9V, and 15V, all at 3A maximum and 20V at 3.25A maximum, which can be adjusted via the USB PD interface controller. Synchronous rectification is used on the output to increase efficiency. Texas Instruments LMG3622EVM-082 EVM meets CoC Tier 2 and DoE Level 6 efficiency requirements.
