QPF7207 Front End Module (FEM)

Qorvo QPF7207 Front End Module (FEM) is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 7 non-linear high power integrated Front End Module (iFEM) and operates at 5V supply voltage. This module is designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems with edgeBoost filter technology. The QPF7207 module receives a path that matches the optimal technologies to maximize Rx sensitivity through consistent noise figures. This module integrates a Power Amplifier (PA) with DC and RF power detectors, an FCC edgeBoost BAW filter, a transmit-receive switch, and a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA). The QPF7207 module features 29dB transmission (Tx) gain and 2.1dB noise figures. This front-end module is suitable for access points, wireless routers, set-top boxes, customer premise equipment, and Internet of Things (IoT).
