AD4087 Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs)
Analog Devices Inc. AD4087 Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are high-speed, low-noise, low-distortion, 14-bit, Easy Drive, successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs. These ADCs maintain a high-performance Signal-to-Noise and Distortion (SINAD) ratio >90dBFS at signal frequencies exceeding 1MHz for precision and wide-bandwidth data-acquisition applications. The AD4087 ADCs feature 20MSPS, 82.14ns throughput conversion latency, 35.61nV √Hz, 158.5dBFS/Hz noise spectral density, and 383nVrms low 1/f, low frequency noise (0.1Hz to 10Hz). These ADCs include a low-drift reference buffer, LDO regulators to generate ADC core and digital interface supply rails, and a 16K result data FIFO. The AD4087 ADCs are available in 49-ball, 5mm x 5mm CSP_BGA, 0.65mm pitch package, and operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include power quality analysis, source measurement units, digital imaging, cell analysis, spectroscopy, automated test equipment, and high-speed data acquisition.
