QPA0812EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPA0812EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPA0812 power amplifiers. The QPA0812 amplifiers feature an 8.5GHz to 10.5GHz operational frequency range, 1W saturated output power, 24dB of large-signal gain, and 48% power-added efficiency. The QPA0812 amplifiers also feature 16dBm input power, 1.37W power dissipation, 10mA gate current, and a -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. The eval board is available in a small 4mm x 3mm x 0.85mm plastic overmold QFN package. The QPA0812EVB evaluation board is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and ideal for radar and electronic warfare.
