XENSIV™ TLE4977 Hall Current Sensor

Infineon Technologies XENSIV™ TLE4977 Current Sensor uses a hybrid Hall+coil architecture for bidirectional AC/DC current sensing. This current sensor is developed according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL B and offers 1MHz (minimum) bandwidth and high accuracy for automotive and industrial designs. The current sensor enables accurate and highly linear measurement of currents with a full-scale current up to ±81A. This current sensor provides a fast and accurate solution for measuring high-frequency currents in DC/DC converters and other switch-mode power supply applications. Typical applications include DC-DC Converters, On-Board Charger (OBC), drives, PV inverters (solar), smart circuit breakers, and telecommunications.
