The certified housings are made from lightweight, resistant polycarbonate to permanently and reliably protect electronics from humidity, heat, UV radiation, and mechanical strain. The large-volume plastic housings can be customized and extended with accessories. Phoenix Contact OCS Outdoor Housings can also be used in demanding applications such as transportation infrastructure, public monitoring, water management, agriculture (smart farming), monitoring systems, signaling systems, control engineering, and weather stations.
