XC63x Switching Voltage Regulators

Torex Semiconductor XC63x Switching Voltage Regulators are efficient power management ICs designed for various applications, predominantly battery-operated devices. This includes generating highly efficient negative voltages with the XC6351A inverter ICs or configuring a step-up circuit with the XC6371/XC6372 DC/DC converters.
