iC-NZP P-Type Laser Diode Driver

iC-Haus iC-NZP P-Type Laser Diode Driver features spike-free switching of laser currents of up to 300mA and optional current control. This driver provides a peak value-controlled laser driver for operation from CW up to 155MHz. The iC-NZP laser diode driver offers low current consumption sleep-mode <50µA and LVDS/TTL switching input with TTL monitor output. This driver generates an error signal output for overtemperature, undervoltage, and overcurrent conditions. The iC-NZP laser diode driver also offers strong transient suppression with small external capacitors. Typical applications include pulsed and CW laser diode modules, laser diode pointers, laser levels, bar-code readers, and distance measurement.
