AM69A 32 TOPS Vision SoCs

Texas Instruments AM69A Vision System-on-Chip (SoC) modules achieve up to 32 tera operations per second (TOPS) of AI processing for one to 12 cameras. This feature makes the AM69A series ideal for high-performance sensor fusion systems such as edge AI boxes, autonomous mobile robots, and traffic monitoring systems. These scalable vision processors feature an SoC architecture with two quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A72 clusters (eight cores total) and up to two dual-core (four cores total) Arm Cortex-R5F subsystems. Other integrated components include a third-generation TI image signal processor, internal memory, and interfaces. Device security includes cryptography, debug security, device identity, isolation firewalls, secure boot, secure storage and programming, software IP protection, and a trusted execution environment.
