ADIS16500 Precision Miniature MEMS IMU

Analog Devices Inc. ADIS16500 Precision, Miniature MEMS IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) includes a triaxial gyroscope and accelerometer. Each inertial sensor combines with signal conditioning to optimize dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, linear acceleration (gyroscope bias), and point of percussion (accelerometer location). Each sensor has dynamic compensation formulas for accurate sensor measurements over a broad set of conditions.
