NSV1C300CT Bipolar Power Transistor

onsemi NSV1C300CT Bipolar Power Transistor is an e2PowerEdge family of low saturation voltage (VCE(Sat)) transistors that are surface-mount devices. This PNP bipolar transistor features low saturation voltage and high current gain capability. The NSV1C300CT transistor is housed in a slim LFPAK4 5mm x 6mm package and contains wettable flanks that are required for the automotive industry. This transistor is designed for use in low-voltage, high-speed switching applications where efficient energy control is important. The NSV1C300CT transistor is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. This bipolar power transistor is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include DC/DC converters and power management in portable and battery-powered products such as cellular and cordless phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players.
