48V 100A eFuse

Vishay / Dale 48V 100A eFuse is designed to protect the hardware in power applications and feature an adjustable current limit. This 100A eFuse offers a safe connection and disconnects a 48V power source (typically a high-energy battery pack. The 48V 100A eFuse uses TrenchFet® Gen IV power MOSFETs as the primary switches, which can continuously operate up to 100A. This 48V 100A eFuse features a pre-charge function, continuous current monitoring, and overcurrent protection to stop current flow through the eFuse in under 2μs. The 48V 100A eFuse operates at a 100A current rating, 48VDC voltage rating and -40°C to 50°C ambient temperature range. This 100A eFuse is ideally used in industry and home automation, industrial and server computing, solar installations and EV test environment applications.
