PS9308 Optocouplers

CEL PS9308 Optocouplers are designed with GaAlAs LEDs on the input side and photodiodes, signal processing circuit, and a power output transistor at output. These optocouplers feature long creepage distance, high-speed switching, and high common mode transient immunity. The PS9308 optocouplers come in a 6-pin plastic Shrink Dual In-line Package (SDIP) which is half the size of an 8-pin DIP. These optocouplers are ideal for IGBT, power MOSFET gate drivers, industrial inverters, and induction heating.
