SMFxxH Automotive TVS Diodes

Eaton Electronics SMFxxH Automotive TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer a peak power rating of 200W and 400W at a 2.1A to 11.8A current range. These diodes feature low inductance, low leakage current, and excellent voltage clamping capability. The SMFxxH diodes leverage a V-Groove interlock and dimple design that offers high reliability. These TVS diodes are available in a broad range of footprints designed with the SOD-123FL package. The SMFxxH diodes operate from 10V to 58V voltage range and -55°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include networking systems and body electronics, ADAS and safety systems, automotive lighting, and battery management systems.
