01005 SMD MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX 01005 SMD Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) are designed to meet various needs, with products for both general and specialized applications. These MLCCs are highly reliable due to their monolithic structure of high-purity and superfine uniform ceramics and their integral internal electrodes. These devices feature an EIA 01005 case size with a 0.4mm x 0.2mm footprint. They offer a capacitance range of 0.2pF to 0.47µF and a voltage range of 6.3VDC to 25VDC. Their operating temperature range is -55°C to +85°C or +125°C. These capacitors use materials with high dielectric constants and are RoHS compliant. KYOCERA AVX 01005 SMD MLCCs are ideal for use in various commercial and industrial applications.
