AP22654Q/AP22655Q Adjustable Power Switches

Diodes Incorporated AP22654Q/AP22655Q Precision Adjustable Current-Limit Power Switches are optimized for applications that require precision current limiting or to deliver up to 3.1A of continuous load current during heavy loads/short circuits. The AP22654Q/AP22655Q feature a pin-strapped current-limit threshold between 0.4A and 3.56A (typ) through an external resistor. The device's ±12% current limit accuracy is achieved by utilizing high current limit settings. The rise and fall times are also controlled to minimize current surges during turn on/off.
