TQL9066 0.05-1.5GHz Dual LNA

Qorvo TQL9066 0.05-1.5GHz Dual Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a high linearity and ultra low noise dual device amplifier. This amplifier consists of a single monolithic GaAs E-pHEMT and also integrates bias circuitry. The TQL9066 dual LNA is optimized for the 700-100MHz band but can also be used outside the band. This LNA provides 18.4dB gain, 22dB IIP3, and 0.62dB noise figure in a balanced configuration at 830MHz. The dual LNA does not require a negative supply for operation and is bias adjustable for both drain voltage and current. The shutdown capability of this 0.05-1.5GHz LNA is useful for both Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex (TDD) applications.
