CRD25DA12N-FMC 25kW Three-Phase Inverter

Wolfspeed CRD25DA12N-FMC 25kW Three-Phase Inverter demonstrates unparalleled system-level power density and efficiency obtained using the Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ FM3 power module platform. The WolfPACK FM3 power module platform is optimized for silicon-carbide MOSFETs in a high-density, low-inductance footprint to reduce system-level losses and simplify the overall system design. The CRD25DA12N-FMC inverter delivers 25kW output power, features a 100kHz switching frequency, and an input voltage of 1000VDC. By default, the CRD25DA12N-FMC inverter is designed to be evaluated as a simple three-phase inverter topology. However, the flexibility of the generic power stage makes it simple to adapt to other applications. Typical applications include solar and energy storage systems, smart grid/grid-tied distributed generation, off-board charging, industrial motor drives, and UPSes.
