LAPIS ML22660 Reference Board

ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22660 Reference Board (RB-S22660TB32), when used with the Sound Device Control Kit 3 (SDCK3), enables users to write and playback audio data to a target ML22660 Speech Synthesis LSI. The Reference Board features a TQFP32 socket for the ML22660 LSI and includes 128MB serial NOR flash memory. Speaker and line-out jacks are provided on the Reference Board, as are connectors that break out the key signals of the IC and that connect to the SDCK3. ROHM Semiconductor Speech LSI Utility can then be used on a connected PC to edit waveforms, create and write ROM data, and evaluate the device.
