Qorvo QM45655 Wi-Fi^® 7 Front End Module (FEM) is developed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. The QM45655 allows for a minimal layout area with integrated matching and a small form factor. The PA is optimized for a broad (3.0V < V_cc < 5.0V) supply voltage range. The multiple Wi-Fi TX modes on the device optimize output power, linearity, and power dissipation, which conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput.
