GSIB15Ax Bridge Rectifier

Vishay Semiconductors GSIB15Ax Bridge Rectifier is a single-phase single in-line bridge rectifier with high surge capabilities. This rectifier features a glass passivated chip junction, a high case dielectric strength of 2500VRMS, and a maximum RMS voltage of 420V. The GSIB15Ax bridge rectifier offers a maximum DC reverse current of 10μA and a maximum average forward rectified output current of 15A. This bridge rectifier operates at -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range. The GSIB15ax bridge rectifier is generally used in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for switching power supply, home appliances, office equipment, and industrial automation applications.
