VMMBZ ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay VMMBZ ESD Protection Diodes are housed in a compact DFN1006-2A or  DFN1006-2 package with a low package height of < 0.5mm. The devices offer 1-line bidirectional ESD-protection with AEC-Q101 qualification available. The VMMBZ diodes have a working range of ±14V to ± 28V.
