Renesas Electronics US082-ZMOD4410EVZ Sensor Pmod™ Board implements quick prototyping of the ZMOD4410 gas sensor module for indoor air quality (IAQ) in a custom system design. The US082-ZMOD4410EVZ Board provides a standard Pmod Type 6A (Extended I2C) connection for the on-board sensor to plug into any required MCU evaluation kit with a matching connector.

Quick Connect IoT

Renesas Electronics Quick Connect IoT is a solution to add wireless connectivity to existing Renesas MCU kits. The boards use a generic interface and are supported by application examples for the respective host MCUs. The boards allow rapid evaluation of wireless communication on various MCUs.

ZMOD4410 Gas Sensor Evaluation Board

Renesas Electronics ZMOD4410 Gas Sensor Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the ZMOD4410 TVOC and indoor air quality sensor. This board features a modular design, HiCom I2C communication assembly, and a full-speed USB interface standard. The Windows®-based operating system communicates with the ZMOD4410 board using the evaluation software via a USB connection on the computer. The interface between the computer and the ZMOD4410 module mounted on the sensor board is handled by the communication board (HiCom). The ZMOD4410 evaluation board translates communications, handles USB protocols, and synchronizes communications with the I2C interface by using the FDTI controller on the communication board.
