R1245K Step-Down DC/DC Converters

Nisshinbo R1245K Step-Down DC/DC Converters feature an internal N-channel high-side transistor. These DC/DC converters can operate from 4.5V to 30V and can provide up to 1.2A of current. The R1245K DC/DC converters feature thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and latch/ foldback short protection. Typical applications are digital home appliances, printers, faxes, cameras, and other high voltage battery-powered equipment. R1245K is free from lead and halogen and it is available in DFN(PLP)2020-8 package.

Voltage Regulators

Nisshinbo Voltage Regulators are single-output switching regulators offering very low operating supply current. The Nisshinbo voltage regulators feature an input voltage range from 600mV to 30V and operate from -40°C to +85°C or up to +105°C. These voltage regulators offer a variety of switching frequencies from 300kHz to 2.25MHz.
