PIMC32 NPN/PNP Double Transistors

Nexperia PIMC32 NPN/PNP Double (Complementary Pair) Transistors are Resistor-Equipped double Transistors (RETs) that incorporate a 500mA output current capability. These double transistors feature a built-in bias resistor in which R1 is 2.2kΩ and R2 is 10kΩ. The PIMC32 double transistors come in a small SOT457 (SC-74) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. These devices are ideally used in digital applications, control of IC inputs, switching loads, and cost-saving alternatives to the BC807/BC817 (771-PIMC32X) series and BC807-Q/BC817-Q (771-PIMC32-QX) series.
