PExDxH Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PExDxH Ultra-Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers provide low power losses and high efficiency using planar technology and a single-die configuration. These rectifiers offer a minimum junction capacitance range of 24pF to 72pF with a 200V repetitive peak reverse voltage. The PExDxH rectifiers feature a wide -55°C to 175°C operating temperature range and are applicable for high-frequency switching, DC/DC, and snubber applications.
