Murata's recommended pre-production manual test probe, MXHQ87WA3000, and production test probe, MM126310, for the SWG series enable reliable testing of RF circuits from the development stage to final production. SWG Type RF Switch Connectors Test Probes are suitable for inspection of RF signals up to 11GHz, enabling designers to use wider frequency bands including UWB.

MM Microwave Coaxial Connectors

Murata MM Microwave Coaxial Connectors are small connectors with a switch. These connectors feature 50Ω nominal impedance and 500MΩ minimum insulation resistance. The MM8830 connectors are SWJ type and offer connector durability of 50 cycles with a probe. These MM8830 connectors have applications in electrical characteristics measurement of microwave circuits for cellular phones and small wireless equipment such as wearable equipment.
