onsemi NTD5Cx Power MOSFETs are single N-Channel MOSFETs with low R_DS(on) to minimize conduction losses and low Q_G and capacitance to minimize driver losses. These power MOSFETs offer 40V and 60V Drain Source Voltage (V_DS). The NTD5Cx power MOSFETs operate at -55°C to 175°C operating and junction temperature range. These NTD5Cx MOSFETs are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant devices.
