Hall ICs

Asahi Kasei Microdevices Hall ICs are magnetic sensors that detect magnetic fields (magnetic flux density) using the Hall effect. These Hall sensors are classified into Hall elements, Hall effect ICs, or linear Hall effect ICs according to the output. The Hall ICs are ideally used in home appliances, industrial equipment, and in-vehicle applications.

EQx Linear Hall Effect ICs

Asahi Kasei Microdevices EQx Linear Hall Effect ICs are low-noise ICs that combine an InAs high-sensitivity Hall element and an amplifier circuit using proprietary assembling technology. These ICs generate an analog output proportional to the magnetic field strength (magnetic flux density) and pole. The EQx linear Hall ICs feature 3V to 5.5V supply voltage, -40°C to 100°C operating temperature range, and ratio-metric analog output. These linear Hall effect ICs are ideally used for current detection, position sensor, angle sensor, and magnetic field detection.
